The last project I did for PieLab was the cookbook. I refer to it in this post, from back in August. I designed it after I was officially off the grant and no longer working for PieLab, but it was something I promised the community of Greensboro I would finish. We held a Pie Bake-Off in June 2010 and the cookbook was meant to be the platform where the winning recipes would be shared and published.
Sadly, this was never printed due to a lack of funding and transition of PieLab managers. So I thought I could at least share it with the internet! The intention was to have 2 small Scout Books printed and belly-bound together. Book 1 was for Bake-Off winners, and Book 2 was for crusts and PieLab recipes.
